Welcome!

It just kind of came to me - the light bulb moment if you will - while reading blog after blog where people from various backgrounds have allowed thoughts to flow from their fingers to the keys; weaving stories or advice or ideas in such a way that people around the world pore over their words - coming back for more each time the blogger posts. "I want that," I said to myself. Now, I'm certainly not hoping for a readership like that of the Huffington Post or postsecret.com. But what I am aiming for is an outlet that will allow Josh and me to share with our families, friends, and acquaintances our journey; the journey that started on April 20, 2007 and added a new chapter on July 10, 2010. All the while hopefully keeping to our mantra of staying upbeat, staying optimistic, and always looking at the glass as half full.
